Job Summary:
A Visa Counselor assists clients with visa applications, guiding them through the necessary documentation and processes for different countries. This role involves gaining in-depth knowledge of visa requirements, offering advice on application procedures, and ensuring that applications meet legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients on visa options and requirements.
- Assess client eligibility for various visa categories.
- Prepare and review visa application documents.
- Guide clients through the visa application process.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and immigration laws.
- Communicate with immigration authorities on behalf of clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in visa counseling or immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional certification in immigration consultancy is a plus.
